On-spot Admission cum counseling for vacant seats (Including Sponsor Seats, Kashmiri Migrants and Defense quota)

Eligibility Criteria: B.E. /B. Tech. in any branch of Engineering /MCA/M. Sc. (CS/IT) with 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% for OC/Gen/OBC whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates in the qualifying degree. 

For Sponsored Seats: Candidates with requisite qualifications (mentioned above) and having at least two years of work experience in the relevant field of Govt./Govt.-recognized Organizations (University/Colleges engaged in teaching and research, Govt. R & D institutions or R & D centers of industry) are eligible to apply under the category of sponsored students.

The sequence for offering admission will be as follows: 

1. Candidates with valid GATE Score.

2. For Non Gate candidates a Merit List will be prepared on the basis of qualifying examination marks. 

How to apply: Admission may be offered on seat(s) remaining vacant after exhausting the list of eligible candidates from the point 1 mentioned above. All eligible candidates desirous of seeking admission must report in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Central University of Rajasthan, NH-8, Bandar Sindri, Kishangarh, Dist-Ajmer-305817 on 28th July, 2015. 

Original Documents needed for Verification and Admission (Annexure) 

1. Secondary School (Class 10 th ) Marks Sheet OR Certificate of Date of Birth

2. Senior Secondary School (Class 12 th ) Marks sheet 

3. Graduation Marks List or Grade Sheet (As applicable) for all semesters. 

4. Graduation Degree / Provisional Certificate 

5. Valid GATE Score Card 

6. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC (Central Govt’s format.) / Minority BC), if applicable Certificate: PWD/ Ward of Ex. Service Man / Ward of Defense Personnel /Kashmiri Migrant/Ward of NRI: if applicable 

7. Certificate of Conduct from Head of Institution/Character Certificate 

8. Migration Certificate 

9. Transfer Certificate 

10. Minimum two year experience certificate and NOC from employer on employers’ letter head (applicable for sponsored category admission only)
