Applications are invited to the PhD programme at the O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) beginning in August 2015 in the following schools: Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), Jindal Global Business School JGBS), Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA) and Jindal School of Government & Public Policy (JSGP).
Eligibility:
Applicants must have a Master's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 55%. Shortlisted candidates will be required to take an entrance test, apart from an interview, before final selection. Jindal Doctoral Fellowships will be awarded to outstanding candidates who are enrolled into the PhD programme.

Course Work and Duration
- The Research Scholar will do the course work for minimum one year under the approved Supervisor.
- Research Scholar can complete Ph.D. in minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years. Extensions, if any, may be granted by URDC after necessary evaluation.
- Other rules and regulations will be followed as per UGC minimum standards and rules for Ph.D. programme.
- Students will be required to do at least one course covering statistics and research methods (qualitative and quantitative), and one review course/ seminar of the major literature of the field.
